Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of EasyWake at easywake.xyz (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use EasyWake.
The service
EasyWake is an alarm intended to wake you during light sleep, using sleep data you choose to connect (including from Oura). The product may change, go offline, or remain in an early / limited-access state.
Not medical advice
EasyWake is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on it as your only alarm for situations where missing a wake-up could cause harm.
Your account
You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for keeping any credentials confidential. You must be able to form a contract and must not use the Service unlawfully.
Oura and other providers
If you connect Oura, you authorize us to access the data scopes you approve, only to operate EasyWake. Oura is a product of Ōura Health Oy. EasyWake is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Oura. Oura’s terms and privacy policy apply to your Oura account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access it except through the interfaces we provide, or interfere with other users or our infrastructure.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including that alarms will fire at a particular sleep stage, on time, or at all. Sleep staging depends on third-party data that may be delayed or incomplete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyWake and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost sleep, missed events, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms or discontinue the Service. We may suspend access if we believe you have violated these terms. Provisions that should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) will survive.
